Jev was not measured: correction to the typed-decision study

The saved September 25 records contain no Jev answers and no Jev provider calls. The model comparison has five scenarios with three checks each, not fifteen trials per condition.

What the archived runs contain

40 engine-scenario slots: 25 answered and 15 unanswered. The saved records report 10 provider model calls, all in the two Tactical conditions. Deterministic evaluations and local refusals are not provider calls.

Each answered row has three checks: indicator probability, selected next action and harm severity. An unavailable row has no quality score. The rules engine keeps its policy patterns in every run.

Corrections to the earlier page

Jev availability is not model quality.

Runs 1 and 2 each record five unanswered Jev slots with credential_present=false and the gateway code decision_provider_failed. Run 3 did not ask Jev. There is no Jev pass rate, quality ranking or measured provider latency.

Fourteen of fifteen describes checks, not completed calls.

With the policy patterns, all five Tactical model requests answered. Fourteen of fifteen checks passed. The third scenario failed its severity check; it was not a timeout. With the patterns withheld from the model, all five requests answered and nine checks passed.

The worker-referral failure occurred in the fifth scenario.

Without the patterns, the model selected refusal instead of referral for migrant_worker_re_victimization. This was one recorded critical action failure, not three failed replications. Every answered model row still received a station hold; a hold is not a useful referral or a verified outcome.

No benign-twin specificity was measured.

The population contains four business-framed requests and one worker seeking help. It has no benign-twin population. A zero false-positive rate and three cleared benign twins cannot be inferred from it.

The model identity does not support a separate bonus arm.

Both answered Tactical conditions identify gemma-4-coding-abliterated. The records do not supply a separate 0/3-to-3/3 abliterated comparison or attest model weights, hardware or quantization.

The quantization and timing claims are withheld.

The audited evidence does not include the advertised 120-task coding-reset study, its checkpoint receipts, or the schema-drift and recovery percentages. Recorded attempt times do not support 96.70-to-56.00 seconds or a 42.1% reduction. These statistics need an identifiable experiment before publication.

Recorded timing, with its limits

Run 2: 22.652200 seconds mean across 5 answered requests. Run 3: 22.591999 seconds mean across 5 answered requests. These are saved attempt wall times, not provider-only latency or a proven speedup.

Sources and reproducibility

The source files are pinned to public repository revision 76477875c111aadaae8cd7cc16353bea930bdd1d. The review recomputed every reported check and run total from the saved rows. It did not call a model or execute a provider adapter.

Limits

This is an offline recount of saved public records, not a new model evaluation or independent legal assessment. Expected decisions come from the study author's policy. The rules engine reads seven written patterns; these records do not prove general statutory reasoning. The two model conditions share five scenario IDs but change the supplied policy context and were not randomized replicated trials. One scenario was reconstructed from a truncated source prompt. Required-element keyword matches are not grades of reasoning or advice quality.
